Kia Bolan has competed and excelled in numerous sports since the age of five. To name a few, she has been a nationally acclaimed equestrian, a highly competitive triathlete, competitive runner, master’s swimmer record holder, and a national handball champion.

Kia developed and created UNLOCK THE BLOCK® from the combination and integration of years of research and experience in transformational techniques. Kia assists individuals both privately and in groups, teaching athletes/business professionals/individuals how to break through their barriers that limit peak performance so they can reach their limitless potential.

Kia has her Doctor of Science in Nutrition, is a Certified Advanced Master Practitioner of both TimeLine Therapy™ and Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has assisted thousands of people to unlock their true desires. In 1991 she began an apprenticeship with a master of the martial
art of one-focused attention, and for decades Kia has been a practitioner of metaphysical sciences and provides courses focused on expanding conscious awareness by integrating one’s entire Being to promote inner contentment.

Kia is the most dedicated athlete I’ve ever known in all my years as Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Handball Coach of 12 national teams. She has an incredible amount of commitment, desire and
dedication.
